Manual triage

Marking individual test results pass / fail / skip from the UI.

Per-result

1. Open the launch detail page → Tree tab.
2. Click a result row.
3. The right pane shows manual-test actions (Pass / Fail / Skip) above the scenario steps.
4. Click an action. The result updates, launch metrics recompute, and the change broadcasts over WebSocket to other viewers.

Bulk

1. Select multiple result rows (checkbox column).
2. The bulk-actions bar at the bottom of the tree exposes Pass / Fail / Skip.
3. Click. All selected rows update in parallel.

Recording why

Triage actions don't capture a reason. To turn ad-hoc or automation results into documented test cases, use Promote to Test Cases from the launch header. Free-form notes belong on the test case itself, via its comments.

Closed launches

Triage controls are hidden when the launch is closed. Reopening is not supported in v1 — close decisions should be made carefully.
