Create your first project

A project is the home for a related set of test cases, launches, and members.

Steps

1. After creating a workspace, you land on Create your first project.
2. Enter a name (e.g. "Web app", "Payment service"). Sulu derives a project key — the short identifier that prefixes test IDs (PA-1, PA-2...).
3. Optionally write a description (rendered as Markdown on the project Home page).
4. Click Continue. As with the workspace, nothing is actually created until the final step of onboarding.

Picking a good key

Keys can be 2–6 letters, uppercase. They appear in test-case IDs and launch names — short keys (2–3 letters) are easier to scan in dense lists.
